Early in her career, she appeared on commercials for television for Old Navy, Verizon, Logitech and Neutrogena. She made her TV acting debut in the episode Complete Savages in 2005. Stevens West was first cast as Ashleigh Howard on ABC Family's comedy drama television show Greek. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette published a review shortly after the show's premiere. The review described it as "light-hearted funny and authentic" while The New York Times said that Greek "captures all the spirit of hedge-funds unlike any other."
